About the Role
As a Freelance Solar Panel Installer at SolaGo Solar, you'll be an essential part of our solar projects, ensuring that solar panels are installed efficiently and effectively. Here's what you'll be doing:
Installation: Execute the installation of solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted structures, following design plans and safety protocols.
Equipment Setup: Assemble and set up the necessary equipment, including solar panels, racking systems, and inverters, ensuring that all components are secure and in working order.
Wiring: Connect the solar panels to electrical systems, including inverters and utility connections, ensuring proper wiring and adherence to electrical codes.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure that installations meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the installation process, collaborating with the project team to find solutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of the installation process, including any deviations from the original plan.
Safety: Prioritize safety at all times, following safety guidelines and protocols to protect yourself and your colleagues.

Requirements
Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
